when you place an order, shopify processes the transaction. we receive your name, email, shipping address, and the items ordered. we do not see, store, or handle your credit card number. shopify and your payment processor do that.

we use it to ship your order and answer your emails.

that's it. your email goes into our order system so we can send you tracking updates and respond if you contact support. your address goes to the printer so they know where to send the shirt.

we do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in. we do not build a profile on you.

three parties: us, shopify, and the print provider (printify / swiftpod).

shopify hosts the checkout and order data. printify and its fulfillment partner, swiftpod, receive your shipping address and order details to print and ship your item. neither party uses your data for anything outside fulfilling your order.

shopify sets essential cookies for cart and checkout function.

we do not run facebook pixel, google analytics, or any third-party ad tracking. the only cookies on this site are the ones shopify needs to remember your cart and process checkout.

you can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it.

email hello@patternrecognized.com with "data request" in the subject line. we will send you what we have or delete it within 30 days. you do not need to give a reason.

if you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively. we honor all of them.

this site is not for anyone under 13.

we do not knowingly collect data from children. if you believe a minor placed an order, contact us and we will cancel and refund it.
