if your shirt arrives damaged or misprinted, we replace it. free.

email hello@patternrecognized.com within 25 days of delivery with a photo of the defect and your order number. we will send a replacement at no cost. no need to ship the defective one back.

defects include: print errors, ink bleeding, fabric tears, or shirts that do not match the colorway you ordered.

we offer one size exchange per order.

if the shirt does not fit, email hello@patternrecognized.com within 14 days of delivery. we will print a new one in the size you want. you cover return shipping of the original. the replacement ships free.

review the garment details on each product page before ordering. the tee is a unisex fit. the receipt crewneck is a classic fit: size up one for relaxed, two for oversized.

no returns or refunds on correctly printed shirts.

because every shirt is made to order, we cannot restock or resell a correctly printed item. if the print is right, the fabric is right, and the colorway matches what you ordered, the sale is final.

we also do not accept returns on items worn, washed, or damaged by you after delivery.

refunds are issued for orders that never shipped or were lost in transit beyond recovery.

if your order is cancelled before production starts, you get a full refund. if it is lost in transit and the carrier confirms the loss, you get a full refund or a reshipment, your choice.

refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

you can cancel for free within 12 hours of ordering.

after 12 hours, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled. email hello@patternrecognized.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel. the sooner you email, the more likely we catch it.

check your address before you pay.

if the address you gave is undeliverable, the parcel comes back to the printer and the shirt cannot be resold. we will reprint and reship at the cost of the shirt plus shipping, or refund you minus that cost. your choice.

if we or the carrier made the error, we cover it in full.

no refunds once a file has been downloaded.

a delivered file cannot be returned. if a download link fails or the file is corrupt, email hello@patternrecognized.com and we will fix it or refund it.

if you have not downloaded the file yet, you can have a full refund, no questions.
